1. Hot stone therapy – heated amethyst, tourmaline, and jade gemstones promote better wellness and overall quality of life; improves the body’s ability to recover energy and detoxify itself; and helps your body return energy and mood levels closer to normal while it emits a low heat that produces a calming sensation
2. Photon light therapy allows the body’s cells to absorb energy which is beneficial to the wellness of cells in a number of ways – it stimulates synthesis of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) which is essential for the metabolism of all cellular regeneration; supports the mitochondria, the part of the cell responsible for generating proteins and collagen, assisting in further detoxification; enhances the other therapies provided.
3. *PEMF (pulsed electro-magnetic field) therapy enhances your body’s overall functioning at the cellular level.
4. Negative ion therapy combats the ill effects of positive ion generating things like clutter, waste, and technology in our lives. Often found in nature, negative ions provide a feeling of wellness which may have been tampered with in our homes and work environments.
