This course studies basic anatomy and movement of the body. This is the first in a series of three anatomy and movement classes in the curriculum. Basic anatomy structures, movements, and classical yoga postures types are studied. This is a required yoga academics class in Anatomy & Movement (1st in a 3-part series) for yoga teacher certification. Continuing education (10 Hours) is available for registered yoga teachers.
Class is limited to eight students. Investment for this class is $149.
