Reflexology

According to the Reflexology Association of America, [r]eflexology, [is] an integrative health practice, [that] maps a reflection of the body predominately on the feet, hands and outer ears. It uses unique manual techniques to deliver pressure to neural pathways assisting the body to function optimally.

Western Foot/Hand Reflexology

Reflexology works to balance the body through the nervous system connection to the hands, feet, face and ears and offers a gentler wellness practice to assist with balancing body, mind, and spirit. For those who are unable or do not desire manipulation of the body tissues, reflexology is a great option.

As with other all-natural therapies, positive effects of reflexology accumulate over time. Each person's needs are unique and may include more sessions at the beginning and then taper off to a maintenance schedule of one session every three weeks or one session monthly.

Each session supports whole-body health and wellness while focusing on the goals and concerns you have for your personal well-being.

Traditional Thai Foot Reflexology

Thai Foot Reflexology is a traditional treatment performed from the knees to the feet. It utilizes stretching, massage, reflexology techniques, and special wooden tools to stimulate the legs and feet.

Originating from the Ayurvedic tradition, Thai Foot Reflexology uses rhythmic strokes and energy point stimulation in the lower legs and feet to bolster holistic wellness and support optimal health.

This treatment seeks to restore balance to the body/mind through the reflexes of the feet and lower legs linked to the body’s 72,000 nadis (energy lines).
