Learn the fundamentals of meditation in this workshop series of classes that guides you through all the basics – from how to sit to why meditation works.

Each session includes information, discussion, and practice. As you practice and gain experience with meditation, you’ll be able to share your experience with fellow students, ask questions about the practice, and discover options that work best for you to develop a self-care habit that will positively support your health awareness journey.
