Wellness Sessions

The HealthyLine Gemstone Therapy mat offers five (5) healing therapies:

Gemstone therapy - Gentle heat increases the calming effect of the gemstones, providing a healing experience for the mind, body, and soul. These gemstones (including amethyst, sodalite, and jade) creates a grounding and calming effect; impacts pressure points to reduce tension; and detoxifies and cleanses.

Negative Ion therapy - Negative ions are believed to create reactions within your body that increase your serotonin levels, helping improve your mood, reduce depression and stress, and increase energy. 

Far Infrared Rays (FIR) - Healing benefits of FIR include alleviating minor muscle and joint pain; natural detoxification; reduces minor pain and stiffness; helps relieve back pain; and lessens symptoms of chronic fatique.

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) -  PEMF increases local circulation; offers inflammation control; alleviates muscle and joint pain; halps with arthritis and stiffness; relieves symptoms of depression; may increase range of motion; accelerates effects to restore non-union fractures; and reduces migraines.

Photon Lights - Photon light is absorbed by the body and aids in cellular regeneration and detoxification. The benefits of photon light can enhance your experience with other therapies such as PEMF, FIR, and negative ion, promoting a better quality of wellness over time. Healing benefits include detoxification; improving minor motor function and nerve regeneration; improving skin and acne; assists in would recovery; and potentially alleviates symptoms of depression.

The mat is available for private relaxation sessions and can be combined with guided meditation or Yoga Nidra, depending on your needs. This heated gemstone mat helps to reduce stress and relieves minor aches and pains as it supports the body’s healing processes. A relaxation session may be completed to help improve the body’s healing response.

During your session, you'll remain fully-clothed as you lie comfortably on the mat. Blankets and bolsters are offered for comfort if needed.

Guided Meditation

Guided meditation encourages relaxation of the body and mind using body and breath awareness. Visualization is used to help release mind tension and reduce stress.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra offers an opportunity to set an intention as you practice. The mind is guided to a deeper level of consciousness as the body is encouraged to enter a deep state of relaxation. Yoga Nidra encourages the body and mind to connect and support each other which may help decrease the effects of stress and support in recovery from trauma, physical injury, addiction and various other illnesses.
